Members of Rotary Club of Surulere Western avenue led by the Charter President, Rotarian Thomas Itsibor has positioned a 4-Way Test signage at X-Garden Hotel.
DG Sodipo noted that what the club has done by positioning the signage at the entrance to the hotel was an effort to reach out to everyone who walks across that point on the need to live by the 4-Way Test and by so doing, our society will be a better place.

The signage which was commissioned by the District Governor, Rotarian Kola Sodipo during his visit to the club on Friday, December 7, 2018, was placed at the entrance to the hotel which also serves as the club meeting venue.
DG Sodipo who was accompanied on the visit by members of his entourage, noted that what the club has done by positioning the signage at the entrance to the hotel was an effort to reach out to everyone who walks across that point on the need to live by the 4-Way Test and by so doing, our society will be a better place.

Also present at the signage commissioning was the Manager, X-Garden Hotel, Mr Ayorinde George.
The DG, while speaking with the club members during the board meeting, noted that the number of active members of the club is low as not all members of the club which is newly chartered are active.

He however encouraged the club members to bring at least, one new member especially females each, to increase the number of active members of the club which is currently low.

DG Sodipo explained that it’s pertinent for the club members to drastically work towards increasing the number of members because the lesser the number of members, the more the stress on them while the more the number of members, the less the stress on them in the area of physical presence, financial contribution and so on.

A higher number of members means a higher flow of ideas, a higher number of club meeting and functions attendance, and also more funds will be generated.
