The project which Rtn. Bello described as “a promise made, promise kept” typical of the club, was “in response to the charge given by the Rotary International President to clubs to do more of service projects that will better the lot of humanity” and that it was constructed in a record time just as the club’s Charter President, Rtn. Bola Oyebade during his tenure as District Governor, constructed a Rotary Prostate Cancer centre and commissioned it within nine months.
