Chartered on 30th May, 1961, Rotary Club of Lagos which marked its 60th anniversary 2 months ago has again reached out to market men and women in Oredegbe Araromi Market, Sandgrouse in Lagos Island.

This is not the first time the club will be reaching out to traders in the market as the club in July 2020, constructed a water bore hole facility for the use of traders and visitors in the market.

The micro credit grant is one of the many ways the club is celebrating its 60 years of existence through service to humanity.  Presenting the cheque to the beneficiaries on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 was District Governor Remi Bello, the Change Maker President of the club, as well as other members of the club.

The DG who was on his official visit to the club with members of his entourage which includes the District Secretary, Ehi Braimah who is also a member of the Rotary Club of Lagos congratulated the club on its anniversary and for constantly reaching out to indigent members of the community.
