Rotary Club of Lagos West under the Leadership of President Beatrice Egbeogu has empowered six indigent women in the community.
The club gave out one grinding machine each to four of the women while the remaining two received one sewing machine each from the club. Presenting the items to the women on behalf of the club on Tuesday, August 4 was the District Governor, Bola Oyebade.
DG Oyebade commended the club for supporting the women while congratulating the women on their new business tools. He also admonished them to ensure the tools serve the purpose they were given.
