Rotary Club of Ikeja Golden has leveraged on the official visit of the District Governor, Rotarian Omotunde Lawson, FCAI to the club on Friday, October 21, 2022 to carry out two projects in the area of “Support for the environment” and “Disease Prevention and Treatment”.
The club donated industrial waste bins to Achievers Table, Ikeja Club which happens to serve as the club’s meeting venue. The club led by Imaginative President Adebowale Olumide also planted some trees in the Ikeja Club’s premises.
Receiving the donation was the Deputy Governor, Achievers Table, Otunba Adebiyi Olaibi who thanked the club on behalf of the President.
The DG participated in the tree planting exercise and also on behalf of the club, presented the waste bins to Otunba Olaibi alongside the club president, Assistant Governor and other members of the club.
