Rotary Club of Akowonjo, District 9110 has refurbished the toilet facility in Shasha Primary School in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos state.
 
The school joined the numerous schools that have benefited from the club’s humanitarian services on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 as the newly renovated toilet facility which contains four toilets- two for females and two for males, was commissioned by the
 District Governor, Kola Sodipo alongside the club president, Bisi Taiwo.

Some other members of the club which includes Past District Governor Bola Onabadejo also witnessed the commissioning ceremony which coincides with the birthday of the club president. What other better way can one’s birthday be celebrated other than in the midst of happy children whose lives you have been able to touch positively?
 
Students of the school had smiles beaming on their faces as they look forward to enjoying their new toilet after the commissioning. The new toilet facility will no doubt, henceforth offer them a more conducive learning environment.
 
Also present at the commissioning was the Supervisor for Education, Alimosho Local Government AreaHonourable Yusuf Azeez,  who expressed his gratitude to the club, on behalf of the executive chairman of the LGA, for the project which he noted, will not only impact in the lives of the students of the school, but also the community at large.
