Two Rotary Youth Exchange students, Victory Edwin and Louis Essien were seen off at the airport on Wednesday, March 22 by District Governor Omotunde Lawson, FCAI, District Governor Nominee Wole Kukoyi, The Chair, Rotary Youth Exchange Committee Uzoamaka Egbuna and the Chair, Youth Protection Committee, Sylvia Abdalla.
This is the first set of Nigerian students that will be traveling on an exchange in the last 4years. They were accompanied by a parent who will be with them in India for 3 days. Picture 3 shows the student with the parent onboard the flight to India while picture 4 shows their arrival in Chennai International Airport on Thursday, March 23. The last picture shows inside Hotel Crown Plaza while Cynthia was checking into the Hotel with one of India’s Top Neurologist, Rtn. PP. Dr. Prithika Chary, who had agreed to Louis shadowing her for Half a Day in the forenoon in the famous Kauvery Hospital and also invited Louis for Lunch, thereafter, with her.
