What is RLI ?
The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of fast-paced, interactive, one-day courses offered to refine Rotarians’ leadership skills and increase their base of knowledge in Rotary. it is a Joint Project of over 300 Rotary Districts worldwide;
recognized by RI but self funded.

RLI PHILOSOPHY is “Having leadership skills does not alone assure good Rotary
leadership. An effective Rotary leader must ALSO have Rotary knowledge, perspective about where Rotary has been, where it is now going and a vision of what Rotary can be."
Courses are fun, topical and interactive. They are geared toward busy business, professional persons and community leaders who want to be more effective leaders in their vocation and club. They are also geared toward Rotarians of all knowledge ranges, from new Rotarians to those with 20 years or more Rotary experience who want to make more of their Rotary membership.  Rotary Clubs are encouraged to select at least two candidates for RLI annually. Attendees return to their club with enthusiasm, new contacts, fresh ideas, an increased understanding of their potential as Rotarians.  RLI Courses are in three parts - Parts I, II and III.
